Build. You have solved real business problems by building working client artifacts: models, tools, systems, products. You can defend what you built, what it did, and what you would do differently.
Judge. You recognise good in a business outcome, not just in a methodology. You know when an answer is incomplete and when the problem itself was framed wrong.
Use AI fluently. Not as a tool you reach for occasionally, but as the layer your work runs through.

We hire for shipping, not for ramp time.
The bar is delivering client outcomes through human-machine collaboration the week you arrive. If you can do that fresh out of school, the doctrine fits. If you would need eighteen months to grow into the work, we are not the firm.
Careers shaped by the traditional strategy consulting pyramid rarely make the build-and-judge transition our operating model requires.
